1) Orders from Italy

We deliver by express courier directly to your home. It is not possible to ship to P.O. Boxes and/or mail holds. In addition to the condition of the packaging at the time of receipt, the customer is also required to check the goods contained and the functioning of the same. As a rule, incoming orders with material ready for delivery are processed and shipped within 1 to 7 working days. Our shipping partner delivers the ordered goods domestically within 48 hours. Waiting times are longer by 1 or 2 days se delivery takes place in remote areas or on an island.

Orders are processed at 10:00 AM so all orders placed after this time are processed the following day.

2) Orders from abroad

For shipments to the EC territory, the transport costs are calculated at a later date and communicated according to the volume of goods in the cart. Orders must be paid in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery for such orders. Upon delivery to countries outside the European Union, there may be costs (e.g. customs fees) that are borne by the customer. Currently, the information about our online shop is available in English. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings due to poor language skills. Our shipping partner delivers the ordered goods to the CE territory within 48/72 hours. Delivery times in non-EC territory vary from 4 to 10 days.

3) Delay in delivery and unavailability of goods

The online shop is directly connected to our logistics software. Thanks to this link, it is possible to show our customers the current availability of individual items. In exceptional cases, there may be a delay in delivery, i.e. the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases, the customer will be contacted immediately. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if, for example, one of the ordered items is not available. In this case, solo available items will be delivered to the customer. Of course, the customer will only pay for the items received, or if he has already paid for everything, the unavailable product will be refunded.

4) Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within the period of 14 (fourteen) days by simply informing us of the revocation of the contract by email or registered letter RR. However, a motivation from the customer would help us to evaluate our performance and optimize our offer. From the day of delivery of the goods, the period for the termination of the contract begins. It is important to send a written communication by post or e-mail in time (info@americanwheels.it). For return authorization, you must contact the call center to find out the correct procedure to follow. The return of the goods must be at the customer's expense. all inside there must be the return form filled in with the RMA authorization number previously provided by the Call Center. Write down se and which items you want as an alternative. After sending the termination of the contract, the customer undertakes to return the goods to the American Wheels.

With reference to the returned goods, after verification of conformity, a voucher of the same amount will be issued, (15% deductible for restocking bulky goods) it is not possible to refund in cash.

It is not possible to return or exchange goods se:

- is on sale, discounted or end-of-series,
- it has been tailor-made or clearly personalized (e.g. goods sold by the meter or painted etc etc),
- has been opened by the consumer (e.g. sealed audiovisual products or software),
- these are products in the CLOTHING section
- se its condition or quality has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items, etc.).
- the packaging MUST be intact as it is part of the product itself.

We kindly ask customers not to remove the labels from the items (manufacturer's label) until they have finally decided to purchase the item. In the event of termination of the contract, we can only accept items that are in their original condition.

Returns of items offered on offer or for end of series or purchased using a discount coupon are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted for parts and accessories of the brands: Harley Davidson and Screamin Eagle

5) Damage to delivery

se at the time of delivery of the package you notice tampering with the seals or in any case the package is obviously damaged, we invite the customer to collect it by placing "subject to control". After receiving the package, you will have to proceed with the check of the goods contained. se it is damaged, we must be notified all the info@americanwheels.it email address. Photographs to be attached to the damage file are appreciated.

Any damages and related refunds must be requested directly from the courier who made the delivery, indicating all the necessary details, including the shipment number.


6) Homologated parts

The parts on the site are not approved for road use,
Although they bear the wording homologated, they require approval
of the Civil Motorization, therefore se does not recommend its use.
American Wheels having provided this information
will not be liable in the event of non-compliance with what is specified.

7) Gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use

The following Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) exclusively apply to the sale of the Gift Card by American Wheels, located in Italy, at Via Enrico Fermi 14, 25030 Roncadelle (BS), VAT number 03443430982. American Wheels reserves the right to update and modify the T&C at any time. This does not affect the rights of the purchaser. The use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these T&C, so we recommend reading them carefully.

How to Purchase, Activate, Check Balance, and Validity

The Gift Card can be purchased exclusively on the American Wheels website and represents an electronic credit.

The Gift Card is available in various denominations (50€, 100€, 150€, 250€, 300€, 400€, 450€, 500€) in the currency (EUR) of the country/geographic area where the American Wheels website through which it is purchased is based. It is not possible to activate a Gift Card with credits different from those indicated or to load additional money onto an already activated Gift Card. However, you can purchase a new one at any time.

The purchaser cannot request a total or partial refund of the Gift Card credit. Under Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the purchaser who has not used the Gift Card has the right to request its cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase by writing an email to info@americanwheels.it.

1- How to Use

The Gift Card can be used by the purchaser or can be gifted to another person by forwarding the unique code associated with the Gift Card. American Wheels is not responsible for the use or loss of the Gift Card, so we recommend being careful with the custody of the unique code and how it is communicated to other parties.

The purchased Gift Card can only be used to purchase products on the American Wheels website of the reference country where it was purchased (IT, EU). A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

To use the Gift Card when making a purchase on the American Wheels website of the reference country:

Select the payment method.

Enter the unique code associated with the Gift Card.

Please note that the competent court is Brescia.

The total amount of the order will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. If the Gift Card used does not cover the total order amount, one of the available payment methods can be used to settle the difference.

It is not possible to use more than one Gift Card in the same order.

The Gift Card cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATMs, is not linked to a bank account, is not a guarantee card, is not a debit or credit card, and does not generate interest on the available balance.

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Once the validity period has expired, it can no longer be used and cannot be refunded for any remaining credit. The recipient of a gift card can use it multiple times until the last cent.

2- Returns for Purchases Made with the Gift Card

In the case of returning a product purchased with a Gift Card, a voucher will be issued for the return amount, minus any storage fees. If the returned product shows damage or unauthorized assembly, the right to a return will be forfeited, and the product will be demolished, losing the right to the voucher. No cash refunds are issued.

3- Revocation and Non-Compliant Use

American Wheels reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a Gift Card (and associated orders, if necessary) in cases of suspected fraud, issuance with incorrect details, or other violations or uses contrary to the law or not in compliance with the T&C.

4- Personal Data Handling

Personal data collected by American Wheels for the purchase and use of the Gift Card will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy available on the American Wheels website at the Privacy Policy page at the bottom of the site.
